We just moved in to this city. My husband has just got promoted to place his new rank at the office. We thought that it would be great for him, and decided to move here in our new town. And so we leave our hometown in pursue in my husband career to this new place. It’s a great place, it’s quiet and not too crowded, and I think we’ll be just fine staying here. And for several months we still renting house. But now as we begin to settle here and decided to live here in long period of time, we decided to have our own home in this town.

And after months of searching and comparing, we finally are able to decide which house to buy. It’s a beautiful and elegant house yet nice little house. I think it’s our best choice so far. There’s one thing left to do now. Is how we finance this purchase? We can’t just pay it all in cash. So the most reasonable way is that we have to find a good mortgage loans for our new house. We have to find which the best is for us and how much monthly payment that we can afford, how the rates and all.
