Saya disini sebagai salah satu warga yang tinggal di kawasan Serpong tentunya sangat sangat tidak setuju dan kecewa dengan keputusan yang diambil pemerintah. Pemerintah mulai menerapkan tarif sistem terbuka jauh - dekat di ruas tol JORR (Jakarta Outer Ring Road /Tol lingkar luar Jakarta). Semula tarif untuk kendaraan yang melalui JORR bervariasi tergantung di gerbang tol mana kendaraan keluar. Penerapan sistem terbuka jauh - dekat adalah bagian dari kenaikan tarif tol rata-rata sebesar 22% di 13 ruas tol.
Sebelum diterapkannya sistem terbuka di JORR, kendaraan dari arah BSD atau Bintaro akan dikenakan tarif Rp.2000 jika keluar di gerbang tol Veteran. Biaya ini belum termasuk biaya ruas BSD - Pd.Ranji sebesar Rp.3000. Demikian juga kendaraan dari Bintaro, belum termasuk biaya Rp.1000 untuk ruas PdAren - PdRanji.
