Friday, May 9th, 2008I work in a customer’s satisfaction survey firm. It’s a firm that do research and survey for a company’s customer satisfaction ratings. In short it’s our jobs to tell our company client if the customer like their product or services or not. Our survey also tells our client company their satisfaction degree or loyalty of any products or services that they offering. It also shows them their market share compare to their competitors with similar products or services. With the result of our survey it aims to help our client’s management to take the appropriate action to gain more success of their products or services.
Doing survey is a hard work. We have to hand over questionnaires, filling forms, and many tasks we should do to get the people’s response about any products or services. But luckily one of my friends told me about this online survey software that he thinks would be a great helps for us to make a survey. (more…)

I’m a minus 1.5 reader’s optical user. I already had my minus when I was still in high school. And I have been wearing my glasses ever since. It really helps me to read in far or medium distance. It also improves my looks after all. So like to wear it. It gives me self confidence and comfort. And nothing keeps me apart of this glasses I’m wearing right now. It’s a part of my personal identity. And I like wearing it. I wear it in my daily lives, whether I’m working or relaxing with my buddies down the coffee shop.
